Once you subscribe, you’ll be invited to our project management group chat of your preferred messaging app (Whatsapp, Discord or Whatever). You can add as many requests in the group chat as you like. We work through them one by one (or more, depending on your plan), delivering high-quality results every few days until the project is perfect.
What is the turnaround time?
On average, most design and video requests are completed in 48 hours or less. More complex tasks, such as full dApp development, smart contract auditing, or deep reverse engineering, are broken into milestones and delivered in consistent sprints every 2–3 days.
What happens if I need a revision?
No problem at all. We offer unlimited revisions. We will continue to refine the code, design, or edit until you are 100% satisfied with the result. Satisfaction is our only metric for success.
How do I submit requests?
BrandForge offers total flexibility. Most clients submit requests directly via message, but you can also share Loom videos, Google Docs, or even wireframes drawn on a napkin. If it can be linked or uploaded, we can build it.
Are there any limits on requests?
You can add an unlimited number of requests to your queue. They will be executed one by one (Starter) or simultaneously (Pro/Growth) depending on the active spots in your specific plan.
Who will be working on my project?
You'll work directly with a curated team of senior designers, developers, and video editors. We bring together specialists based on your project needs, so you get the right expertise without the overhead of hiring
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you don't have enough work to fill an entire month, you can pause your subscription and return when you have more needs. This ensures you never pay for "empty" days where you don't have active requests.
